 ROBOTICS

The use of external sensing mechanisms allows a robot to interact with its environment in a flexible manner. This is in contrast to preprogrammed operation in which a robot is "taught" to perform repetitive tasks via a set of programmed functions. Although the latter is by far the most predominant form of operation of present industrial robots, the use of sensing technology to endow machines with a greater degree of intelligence in dealing with their environment is, indeed, an active topic of research and development in the robotics field. A robot that can

"see" and "feel? is easier to train in the performance of complex tasks while, at the same time, requires less stringent control mechanisms than preprogrammed machines. A sensory, trainable system is also adaptable to a much larger variety of tasks, thus achieving a degree of universality that ultimately translates. into lower production and maintenance costs.

The function of robotic sensors can be divided into two main principles known as internal state and external state .

INTERNAL STATE - it deals with the detection of variables such as arm joint positions which are useful In functions of robot controls and its implementation.

EXTERNAL STATE - it deals with the detection of the variables with range , proximately and touch , it is also used for robot guidance and also for object identification and handling .

In the upcoming era there will be an increased demand in the area of the ROBOTICS AND THE TECHNOLOGY , every big industries and medical oriented companies will be using this technology on behalf of the humanity world . this will reduce the risk of industrial accidents and the mechanical failures .

  1. I suggest you consider your readers when you choose colours, I really struggled to read , your work needs justification and it also lacks references (in text and end list).
The paragraphs do not link to each other. have a relook at it.
