when booting up the new device firstly Apple ID and password is required and because of which the stored iCloud backup is automatically showed adjust by clicking that option and giving the correct proper authentication detail every data , every contact , every photo and even every single contact will be automatically load up on the new device without any other problems .
how is iCloud useful in day to day life .
In order to maintain proper user interface and security apple products have significant and very convenient ways of using devices such as apple wallet is one example. one do not need to carry card everywhere they go because of the apple wallet software all the card details is stored in the iCloud and the payments can be done through the NFC without having physical cards also . this feature can be very useful in some emergency situations .

this function also allows the user to lock the device , erase the device and also shut down because of which the security of personal information increases and also gives users and relaxing experience even if their device get stolen .

iCloud stores the images in the iCloud Drive along with that it also gives users to choose how they want to store their photos . for example before backing up it asks whether it should be stored in Orignal quality and size it has been taking or the users can also optimise and compress the pictures because of this they can use iCloud storage for other uses also .
iCloud Contacts syncs your contacts with your iCloud account. You can view these contacts on the iCloud.com site (as long as you sign in with the same Apple ID). Also, if you sign in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on another Apple device, you can sync that device with iCloud, and thus sync your contacts across your devices.
Safari
The Safari service syncs bookmarks and open tabs between copies of Safari on any Apple devices that are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID. If you use Safari, it can be helpful to turn on this service, but if your battery tends to drain quickly, bookmark syncing may be part of the problem.
Notes
This service syncs notes in the Notes app between devices. If you don’t use Notes, turn it off.
Passbook
Keep this switch on if you wish to keep your Passbook cards synced between devices. (Passbook is not available on the iPad.)
